Cancellation policy

If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment

You will be charged 50% of the fee, or, you can reschedule your appointment within the same calendar week if possible.

If you  do not show up 

You will be charged the full fee.
 

Why do I need a formal policy for cancellations?  

​To make sure everyone receives the best possible care, I have a cancellation policy.  When you reserve a session, that hour is held exclusively for you. If you cancel your appointments at the last minute or miss it without notice, it can be hard for someone else to fill your spot, and it affects both your therapeutic progress and my ability to manage my schedule effectively.
 

A clear policy helps promote fairness: it honors your commitment to your healing journey and respects the time of others seeking help. It also allows us to maintain consistency in appointments, which is vital for building trust and momentum in therapy. By providing at least 24 hours’ notice when you need to cancel or reschedule, you help keep the process smooth and reliable for everyone involved.
